2. Description of Service: FUNNANCE is a personal finance dashboard provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS). It allows users to track financial transactions and manage personal budgets. It is a personal tracking tool and does not provide professional financial, banking, or investment advice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription of 5.99 € per year. All payments and subscription management are securely processed via our Merchant of Record partner, Paddle.
4. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of Cape Verde.
